Not enough evidence to justify a delayed ban, but thanks for reporting, we'll keep it in mind.

He exploited by jumping on the tale of the glasses, so he could skip the second one*you need to pick the right side or you'll die) , and my video clearly proofs that he is doing that

Yes he exploited but it only shows him doing it once, which doesn't justify a ban. You'd need evidence of him doing in multiple times to warrant one otherwise it's a slay at that particular time at most.

Additionally, there's no evidence of him being addressed on his behavior, which can be important.

Why is this not worth a ban? Just ban him for a day and he will learn.

Well there were probably no ranks online to warn him and people don't usually listen to fellow non ranks.

Did he only exploit that one time or was it every round?

When recording evidence in any format, it's important to show the person being addressed on their behavior. A video of someone breaking rules is just that; it doesn't show whether they're knowingly or accidentally breaking rules.   Don't report someone without warning them first. No one is banned or kicked without a warning as well.

There's such a huge difference between a video that shows this:

>Player breaks rule
>"Stop exploiting please. It's against the rules"
>"Oh my bad"

...And a video that shows this:

>Player breaks rule
>"Stop exploiting please. It's against the rules"
>"What are you gonna do about it?"

The problem with banning people indirectly (through reports) is that the "learning" part of the punishment has diminished significantly; someone logging in to find himself banned for whatever reason will have little to no recollection of what he was doing wrong to get banned. This is the kind of offense people need to be made aware of their actions. Warnings are just as important as punishments, and anyone with knowledge of the rules can (and should) warn and inform.
