LDTmyAdmin update

Additions:

Global donator system
Instead of being stored locally at every server, I have exported and combined the data from 4 servers by hand. (over 300 rows...)
You will either be no donator, bronze on 1 server, silver, or gold.
If you think this migration went wrong and you have the wrong/missing status, drop me a steam chat and we will sort it out.
For the developers, you can now also do ply:IsGoldDonator()

New command: !mute
Everyone can do this, but it's only personal between you and your target. It is, however, permanent and impenetrable.
It makes use of the gmod13 muting system. It is the same as muting someone through the scoreboard (if possible).
Simply mute again to unmute.

New command: @kill
Available to everyone, typing this kills yourself, respecting gamemode rules (like in DR you can't suicide while death)
It is about the same as typing kill in console.
Tell me if there are glitches because of this.
Alias commands @die and @suicide do the same thing.

New command: @exit
Gold donators can leave the server with a funny message. Self-kicking has been disabled.
There are 50 different random messages, to be appended by your own message.
Alias commands @leave, @disconnect and @quit do the same thing.

I'm concerned about the perma mute though.
(It mutes people forever, even if he joins weeks later you won't hear him)

Good job, psy.

I tested it a bit. @mute appears to be working but there has been only one guy on who didn't even have a mic so...
@kill doesn't work on GMR. I get this message - [LDTmyAdmin] Can't suicide when spectator! - doesn't matter whether I am racing or waiting.
@exit works fine.

On DR, none of the commands starting with @ work. But this issue has already been mentioned somewhere else, I believe.

DR is being worked on as we speak, should be fixed soon as well :)

Ok @kill has been fixed.
There will be a few issues where people are able to suicide when they shouldnt (like when they are an "alive" spectator upon joining TTT) but I will fix those gamemode-specific things tomorrow.

We disabled the ChatSystem on deathrun, which was breaking the @ commands. Ninja is working on a new chatbox thing which won't have this issue.

Thanks to Mayhem for trying things out in the field while I change code.

And credit to cyrill for the mute thing who did some explorative work before I made this mute.

Not sure I see the use for @kill (it takes less time to open the console and type "kill" in it...) but very good job overall.


You would be surprised how many people don't know how to open the console or didn't enable it. Some of them probably don't even know there is a console since when you tell them to write a certain command there, they keep posting it in the chat.

Plus, there is a notification when somebody commits a suicide.

Meh, I'll keep using the console on TTT because the notification kinda ruins the joke. I guess some people will find it more useful than me.

Edit @Daniel: oh ok, it's mainly because of that. I see. I wouldn't know, I don't play GMR.

If you use the console, @kill is not for you. This one is for the new player that thinks consoles are made out of mashed unicorn and magic dust.

You can do many things to improve a gaming community, but my favorite has to be feature additions.

I think we should hook up an AI to the servers which is able to detect retards, displaying a message to them that they have to insert a coin to play.

Yeah @kill is so useful for new GMR players.

Just wondering, when you mute someone do you still see their icon in the top right when they are talking?
