Help us getting past the 1000 member mark :3

You can help by inviting all your friends to the steamgroup!

Will do, but you will need to update some things about the group!
For instance: It still says Floodmod is offline although FRAG has since been working on it and has put it online.

The single most annoying thing I know on Steam is people inviting all of their friends to a group.
Is there any way to turn off group invites?

I think we should hook up an AI to the servers which is able to detect retards, displaying a message to them that they have to insert a coin to play.

As someone who's even been on a personal vendetta to make people leave pointless Steam groups... LDT is far from pointless.
It's the one place invulnerable to any external influences; Steam never goes down. It's our emergency broadcast system.

There's nothing wrong with Steam groups. I just don't like being spammed with invites to communities I'm not a part of, so I'm not going to do that to my non-LDT friends either.

I'm with Trif and Max here, although I wish LDT was "Bigger", I can't ask friends to join a Steam Group for a community they might not even heard of.

(Anyway, good news :D)

If we're whoring for group members, then the number of members in the group means nothing. Simple as that.

Gio haven't you learned anything from companies on Facebook? You offer a prize if the goal is reached and people won't complain.

Once LDT gets 1000 members one lucky forum user (who is also in the group) will recieve a free LDT T-Shirt!

My first thought when I saw this thread :v.

Better to invite friends to the actual servers and after playing with them for a while tell them to sacrifice their lives to LDT check out the group if they are enjoying the server.

Could I wear the [LDT] "grouptags" as I play CSGO? It might get people to check out LDT and I don't like whoring for new members.

It kinda messes with the "Only moderators and above can wear the tag" thing, even though it's not in my steam name :)

Ya can, I (And many other Non-Core members) use LDT as our Clan emblem (Or whatever it's called) in Counter Strike. You can see it most of the time when we have a gather in CSS or something like that. Since it's not directly added to your steam name (Like [LDT] Gio?!), it's fine (Least that's my point of view).

The Clantag is "`[LDT]´" anyway.
