Update:

-Replacements of the hill were redone, also added a door on top of the hill, Inside the building is a ladder that will lead up there.
-Basic wine cellar added
-Map has been bordered off
-Added small houses

fix dat image. Looks nice though. Clipping looks decent on the right of hill, not so sure about left? Looks like you'll just walk into a clip.

Update:

Basic map layout is there, still need to add some bushes, fences, etc... to cover up some area's more.

The underground part has also been layed out. Some displacements still need to be fixed / finished so don't mind them in the screenshots :)

Just get really nice textures for everything, CSS textures look horrible.

A shitload of custom textures isn't really practical tho, you would have to pakrat them all and the map size would be huge.

Which would be totally worth it.
It's not so much the texture, it's the fact that you're using too little displacements (1?) for the entire thing, making the cliffs look all stretched.

The hill over the house has been done in multiple displacements though. I think Kid buu still wanted to redo the displacements around the Party area because they were quickly made.

And good custom grass textures are really hard to find. We chose this one because we've seen it on one of the TTT maps (can't recall the name) and with a good lighting it looked really nice.
This does not mean it can't be changed anymore ofcourse.

I wouldn't get caught up on texturing atm. You are looking at it fullbright atm. Any texture will look crap like that. The geometry is looking really good though!

No excuses <3 But I love the map nonetheless. If you got time, might wanna think about replacing the texture and do some detail work.

Doesn't have to be de_corse detailed but hopefully better than on ttt_borders for example

First link looks cool, i'll install it right away, and Valikai already knows how to add the grass ;)
I've already installed the 2nd link, seems to have a couple nice textures in it aswell

Quick update
A lot of work went into texturing & adding details, still need to tweak the lighting a lot but at least there's lighting now!

I've changed the grass texture now but since this texture doesn't allow use to make paths it'll probably change. The texture Attacus gave us wasn't really as good as it's shown in that link. The sprites are the only actual good thing about it.
