That's all happening because darkRP is fundamentally flawed.
When stuff falls through the map, tell a moderator to !reload the map (and don't forget to turn of the gunmachine in the admin room mods!)
It's a glitch - After a while, all entities are basically nocollided to the world. Players will spawn underground under the map, until they pick a job. To workaround the things falling through the ground problem, simply spawn shipments/etc on top of a prop.
PS - DarkRP is definitely down. For real.

I think Insom and I can at least spearhead the project; Ill handle the ideas and what we want to implement, come up with a generic design, then I'll work with insom and he can actually develop it? teamwork ftw?

I'd suggest we use rp_townsend_v2 till we have our own.
I disagree, we should keep the number of map changes to a minimum
People make dupes for specific buildings, so if we change twice people lose their dupes twice
Since we're going to makea new map and change from townsend eventually anyway, we can keep it as it is for now
